  • I have been coming to them for a long time every two weeks well this last trip i called and made a apt for two . Well we are told 9am so we get their on time to find them closed they dont open til 10 wtf.. so i had a hour to kill . That was annoying seeing we had our day planed out. So i over looked it and said ok accidents happen we are human . Well two weeks later i walk in and no one is waiting i said i need a fill they told me 20 minuts i said ok no problem . Well as i was sitting their a lady walks in and said i need 1 fill and a peddie they were taken right away as i still sit their . A second lady walks in said she had a apt they look cant find her name said well we cant find you so come back later so she walked out well another lady walks in and yet again she is taken ahead of me this is now 30 minuts of waiting . Wtf . Well im sill sitting their and looking on yelp . Well a lady walks in and said she needs a fill they told her 10 minuts i stand up and said ill go else where she can have my spot . I dont understand how they stay open with this kind of customer service i have spent hundreds in this place they dont care about customer service so customers will not come back with this treatment i have found another location daisys nails i will stay with them they make sure your happy unlike this place
