| - I have had a membership at structura-now keystone, for a year and a half, and have seen everyone that works there (they're all extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and caring). So, I don't have a favorite but I can tell you if you make an appointment, they will match you up with someone that is extremely capable. When I first started getting massages, it was just as much for stress relief as pain relief. Well, these guys really get in there and work on the problems, and it can be uncomfortable and even painful. That's the muscles that have tightened up into "trigger points" accumulating all sorts of nasty acids and they are very painful when released. Some therapists keep you relative comfortable and I realize now that those massages will never truly help you improve "structurally" (is that are word?).
YES it will hurt. But I've found out what some underlying issues where that no other therapist (massage or physical), chiropractor, doctor or anyone else has explained. I got fitted for orthopedic inserts custom made for my gate at my Chiro to alleviate the pain that kept shooting up my leg before Shallon explained WHY it hurt so bad. I've had my neck muscles worked on by Tate and Christina and have been able to discontinue injections from pain management doc.
business is clean and professional. Everyone remembers my requests and my name as well as my trouble areas. Very cool! Everyone there is amazing: Michael, Christina, Tate, Shallon ...sorry if I missed anyone! Thought it was about time I reviewed this great place :)
