  • DO NOT GET YOUR MORTGAGE FROM BMO. First we are told (in writing) we are approved then weeks later we get a list of questions from the underwriter that must answered immediately. I am getting on an airplane and was told to call them back immediately after I landed. Keep in mind I have plenty of verifiable income with more than 20% down. They could not even get the closing date or location correct. The list of mis-steps is long.
