  • This place was pretty big so I had high hopes for finding a decent tech. Went in they weren't that busy but I still waited 20 minutes while a nail tech was on her phone in the back. I thought I was waiting for another person, maybe she doesn't do full sets but no I was waiting for her! When she finally put her phone down the entire time I had zero eye contact and my nails came out uneven and crooked (not to mention she kept painfully "filing" my cuticles) When I said something about it she sighed and "fixed" it so it was less crooked but still uneven and had such a sour face I just gave up. Maybe I caught her on a bad day but geez it doesn't have to be perfect but don't make me feel like an idiot for asking for it to be fixed a bit..
