Just waited again for the third "delivery attempt". No door bell or knock and driver reported me not at home again. All lies since we were waiting with porch light on. The integrity of this company is questionable.
Got a message from Abby C@OnTrac requesting my email and tracking number. Seemed sincere but after I provided the requested info., I have not received any replies and still no package.
Update: After calling Best Buy and speaking with customer service contact with OnTrac was made. Of course OnTrac defended the online delivery attempt log even though the driver obviously was going to the wrong address. They claim a door tag each time which I never received. Anyway, resolution to problem involved me driving round trip over two hours and 40 miles across town to pick up the package. Inconvenient but I realized that it was the only way to get what I ordered. Compensation for my troubles you might ask?! No one offered.
