  • RUDE employee Heaven and VERY bad customer service. We we were looking for a child's Dr. Seuss hat at a different location on the southwest but they didn't have any and my husband called this location, spoke to Heaven and was told they had some as well as a whole section of other Dr. Seuss items. Heaven told him she would place the hat on hold. We then drove all the way across town. When we got to the store we went straight to the section and found a few items. There were hats on the bottom shelf but they were all adult sizes and saw that the spot for the child ones were empty so we assumed that there may have been only one left which Heaven said she placed on hold. Before we headed to the cashier we noticed there were a few more hats hanging at the very top (which we could not reach) but couldn't tell whether they were child or adult size. We then went to the register and the employee there happened to be Heaven. When I told her that my husband had called about the hat she knew right away what I was talking about and had the hat there with her. Before she scanned it I asked her if it was the child size and she said it was but when she scanned it it was ringing up with the adult price. I opened up the hat and it was the adult one. So she got on her earpiece and was talking to someone asking if they had anymore child sizes and whoever she was talking to had told her they didn't. We then asked her about the ones that were hanging high above and that's when her attitude kicked in. We asked if it was possible to scan one to see if it was a child size. She started to raise her voice, change her tone, roll her eyes and even move her head at us. She said that she was the one who put the hats up there and that she knew for sure they were not child size. At that point I just wanted to get out of there. I just paid for the hat (even thought it was the adult size) and left. First, she should have confirmed that the item we called for was was the same item she was placing on hold. Second, customer service should be more professional. We drove nearly 30 minutes to this store only to find out they didn't have the item. What a waste of gas and my time.
