  • I decided to sell my family's condo after 17 years of residence, there . After all the home improvement to get the property up to snuff, I was actually dreading the sales transaction part the most since I had no experience with buying or selling a home. The first agent I contacted responded quickly, but was not so good on the follow up. I found Faith through Yelp and decided to giver her a try since she came highly rated. At our first meeting she was very friendly, approachable, and I felt very comfortable talking with her. She also provided a very informative packet about her professional background as well as an outline of comparable properties and their sales prices and an estimate of the sales price of my property and the associated costs. Faith made the made the whole sales transaction VERY easy and understandable! Moreover, I appreciated her follow up with each step and keeping me informed! True to her slogan, "You gotta have Faith"!
