  • On Thursday, November 16, 2017 at approximately 430 in the afternoon, I took my 17 year old daughter Victoria to Kwans for a traditonal Chinese meal. I ordered the "B" meal and my daughter, being a vegetarian, ordered a soybean meal with vegetables. They brought us hot tea and egg flower soup. When our meal came, I gave a prayer, then began eating. My daughter, however, just sat there staring at her food. I asked her what was wrong and she pointed at the top of her meal and said, "look!" When I leaned forward to get a better look at where she was pointing, I could see a medium length, rust-brown colored strand of hair, stiking up out of her food!!! I was immediately disgusted and called over the waitress and showed it to her. She said, "So sorry, I will bring you another one." We got our bill for $39.00(three meals total). They didn't give us a discount, offer to pay for the meal or anything. We were totally grossed out and we will never go back again!!!
