  • I love the bagels here. They are the only place that has tofu "cream cheese", but I've gotten my order messed up so many times. How hard is it to toast a bagel, when you ask for it? I didn't think it was that difficult. Just because I'm ordering an all veggie bagel does not mean it shouldn't be toasted, when I CLEARLY specify for it to be toasted. No point in walking 3 blocks to get a new bagel. Disappointing service. Food is still good.
