  • Was connected to this business through my insurance company after my back windshield was broken. I wanted to shop around as the usual preferred service, Safelite, couldn't get me in til after the long holiday weekend and I wanted this handled ASAP as it's our only vehicle. They quoted $450 for the job to not go through my insurance or the full $500 deductible otherwise. When I mentioned the price seemed a little steep, she blamed it on it being a local business not a national "big box" chain and the fact that they could provide same day and mobile service. Thankfully I decided to shop around instead of panicking. I easily found another local business (5 star rated) who not only quoted me far lower for same day service but I was also able to get my all my windows tinted (with a lifetime warranty) for $40 less than this business. Needless to say I felt like I was being taken advantage of in a minor crisis. Beware of these guys.
