  • I ordered cards with rounded edges, raised Spot UV on 1 side (matte finish), & glossy color on the other side. The initial order didn't turn out as I had expected due to some issues with the font my graphic designer had used. After exchanging a couple emails with a customer service rep who wasn't helpful, I was connected with a supervisor named Howard. He was very helpful and had my cards reprinted. They now look the way I had envisioned them. Had it not been for Howard, my order would have been a disaster. Thanks to him, I am now a happy and satisfied customer. Well done!
