  • I checked availability online and booked through the zip pass to go in, and ended up waiting at the front desk for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. I was then told that regardless of the zip pass, the wait was going to be 1 - 2 hours. The person working the front desk was absolutely horrible and unfriendly.
