If I could give this place less than one stars now I would. I bought my Infiniti from here a couple years ago and recently needed some repairs done. Because I bought a warranty, I took it here for the repairs.
I called on a Wednesday to get it in because it was not driveable due to overheating. Took me ALL day to finally reach someone to schedule an appointment. All day the phone rang and rang and/or I left multiple voicemails. Finally around 5pm when I spoke to someone they said they didn't have any appointments available until MONDAY! I had no choice so I agreed. In the mean time I had to pay for a rental car out of pocket.
Monday morning I had my car towed at 9:00 am. I met Kelly who told me he would be my "service advisor" and that he would be the one keeping me in tune with what was going on. He said I would hear from him by the end of the day and he would give me the diagnosis. Never heard from him. After again calling multiple times I finally got in touch with him and he told me no one had even looked at my car yet. Annoying. SAME thing happened Tuesday. Never heard from Kelly like promised. I finally got a hold of him and again no one had looked at my car on Tuesday either!
By Wednesday I had to get my dad involved because obviously I wasn't getting thru to Kelly or anyone. They finally looked at it Wednesday evening and gave us the diagnoses. They said that my radiator and both radiator hoses needed to be replaced ontop of all the other repairs. Radiator was covered under warranty but hoses were not. Kelly told my dad it was going to be almost $300 for the two hoses and installation!! We googled the hoses and they are $20 each. I also called my regular auto shop and they quoted about half of that to do it. After my dad told Kelly this he dropped the price a little. Clearly trying to rip us off.
Called on Thursday because Kelly wasn't communicating still and the car still wasn't finished. They had ordered the wrong radiator. They assured us everything would be finished by Friday before the 4th of July weekend.
Wrong. I dropped off my rental car Friday morning that I had been paying for thru all of this. My dad called and it STILL wasn't done. They said I basically had two options, not have a car for the weekend, or pick it up and bring it back Monday. Um no! We said they needed to give me a loaner or pay for another rental. At this point Maureen stepped in since Kelly was MIA and she told me to come in for a rental.
Picked the rental up and was told the car should be done by Monday. Monday it wasn't done. Tuesday it wasn't done. Wednesday they said the battery had died and wanted to charge us another $300 for that! What a JOKE!!! Again my dad got the price down a little but that is RIDICULOUS. Finally on Thursday it was done. They had my car for TEN days for basic repairs.
I will literally never bring my car back here for anything, warranty or not. Kelly is probably the worst service advisor/communicator. This place is a total joke. Now I see why everyone leaves bad reviews for the service department. The only upside was that my dad talked Kelly into reimbursing me for the 4 days I paid for a rental while my car sat in the shop before they got me a free rental. If you want to call that an "upside" because it should have been done in the first place. Thanks Maureen for stepping up when Kelly wasn't but seriously STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
