| - I want to love this place, but now matter how many times I go, it surely disappoints me:(
OVERALL: As you enter this crowded ice cream shop, you are immediately overwhelmed by the hot temperature, loud atmosphere between the music and customers, lack of room to stand or sit, cranky employees, and irritated customers. Ice cream is not worth this crazy headache! It is a great place to go if you want to watch people roll ice cream, but it's not good enough to satisfy your ice crean cravings.
ROLLED ICE CREAM: The coffee and doughnuts is my favorite here, but the doughnut can be greasy some days. The fruit creations are tasty, but the texture is very icy for those flavors. Cookies and cream seems to be their most popular flavor. Keep an eye on the people rolling the ice cream cause some rollers are more caring than others. You can tell which rollers are the best based on how long they take to roll and how pretty they make each cup. KEEP IN MIND, the taste and texture of the ice cream varies depending who is rolling your ice cream.
ORDERING PROCESS: You start off by ordering your ice cream in the back of the ice cream shop. There is no clear signage so there are always customers confused as to how the process works. Once you're done ordering, you can wait over a half an hour before someone calls your name for you to go up and make your ice cream. It is super loud so be sure to keep an ear out for your name. Many customers were getting orders mixed up because they had the same name as other customers. The person creating my ice cream had a hard time hearing me and made my order wrong three times. Yeah.....not a fan of how they do things here.
