  • This is the worst place I've ever been. I can't even believe myself I didn't touch it for two days no blow dryer know heat no flat iron Oakland iron and I'm that second day I finally went to press my hair with a flat iron on 4:50 and my supposably human hair burned instantly my whole house smells like synthetic fiber plastic burned out the house practically everytime he walking the house is still smell like crap plastic she charge me $1,100 to do my full head hair dye and tape in my hair dye turns like grayish instead of the color I want it which is supposed to be brunette Brown and it looks great shot the ends of my blonde hair and secondly the worst thing of all is well I went to tell her about my hair being burned my first reply and comment was that I should have went somewhere else to buy the hair horrible customer service on my opinion. I am serious and I can't even believe she told me that and she has all the excuses...she even didnt layer the hair...ends look cut up like i did it ...
