  • 2 words: BED BUGS!! The check in staff were very friendly and helpful, could not fault them. I got a room with a sofa bed, everything was ok with the room - except the sofa bed. So many stains, clearly not cleaned and I was the one sleeping on it. 100% had beg bugs, it's the next day and I've been itchy from head to toe. I feel like theres things crawling over me all day. Filthy.
