  • Jeez this place has bad service. I called in ahead to make sure they are open on a Saturday as website said they close at 3PM. The person on the phone said they have had an emergency so they will close at noon today. OK it can happen, I also made sure they had the UPS boxes for international shipping as I didn't have packaging material. I walk and the store is completely empty. I shout out hello anyone here a couple of times before the person shows up seemingly annoyed that I had disturbed him from whatever he was doing upstairs. Whatever I ask for a medium or small sized UPS box as it would have fit my shipment. The guy refuses to give me one and said he can only give out the large sized box!! I mean these are provided free to him and are for UPS shipments!! If I use the large box since I pay by size I would pay a lot more. The client account was to be used for payment but I don't want to ding them with extra cost if a lower price option would meet their need. The Person was getting agitated at this time so I decided to leave but asked him what was his name he wouldn't give it and then I asked for the store# and he retorts Google it!! Jeez why didn't I think of that. I guess he senses I am going to complain so didn't want any part of it. Its a sad state of affairs where the courier services who already have a bad rap go out of their way to make it difficult for you to deal with them. I would avoid this place at all costs.
