We made a reservation on line monday. Went friday to pick the car up only to be told tgey had no vehicle for us. When we asked why they said oh well we tryed getting a hold of you but had no contact info for you. LIE!!! We had a conformation email from them with our name, address, email, and phone number. We walked out and called the enterprise down the road. We were told they had a 7-passenger vehicle and that we could pick it up in an hour. We decided to go get some lunch and then head that way. We were 5 minutes away from the Enterprise when we received a phone call telling us that they actually did not have the vehicle we needed. They had no 7 passenger vehicles. We already had a room reserved at the beach and needed to leave at 2pm it was 12:30pm we were in panic mode. We ended up stopping at Hertz and waiting around 45 minutes to finally get a vehicle and pay double because we had no other choice. Enterprise really screwed us over and cost us more money then we expected to spend. There was no apology made, they did not try to fix our issue whatsoever, and did not offer us a discount for any future reservations. I would never rent a car from them. The customer service is ridiculous! We were only 1 of 4 people complaining that day. Two other people had also made reservations and they did not have their car. Another lady was charged fees that she was not told about. This is a warning to anyone looking to rent a car from them. Do not do it!
