  • This company is a literal joke. The owner "Wanderson" NEVER picks up his phone, got a full voicemail box 6 times before I was able to get him on the phone. KW was doing a job at my neighbors house, and their non English speaking drivers drove across my front lawn, panicking after getting stuck and trenching out my front yard. I approached the driver who tried to get into his van and pull away very quickly after digging up my lawn, my wife called the police for property damage. The 2 Hispanic guys then tried starting a fight with me in the middle of the street. The police arrived, gave them until the end of the business day to repair the damage ( re rake, plant seed, and cover with straw) the only thing done was that they stole my neighbors rake and moved the dirt around so it did not look as bad. So glad these people were not doing work on my home, with the unprofessional behavior I have seen I have no idea what they would do to the interior of a home and not care. We had to have a local Sgt. from the police department contact this cowardly company to let them know they had an obligation to fix the property damage done. It was only after this being threatened by a police Sargent that they agreed to come back and repair damage that should have been done 24 hours earlier. Warning, this is the most unprofessional company I have ever seen in action, they showed up 3 1/2 hours late to my neighbors appointment as well (without a phonecall) , and entered the premises without his permission, which he promptly ripped them apart for. If you need hardwood flooring done, RUN don't walk from this company listing. From everything I have seen so far I am glad I never have to deal with them again. This company was contracted out by Carolina Carpet, so also beware of this company. If they have a business relationship with KW who knows how bad their work is as well.
