So this review is a couple of months late because I've been busy planning a wedding. So here it goes. I went there on Feb 10 to order a cake for my daughter's sweet 16 Feb 11. Even though we weren't having a big party, ust family at home I wanted to order something special for her. Instead of picking an already made cake in the fridge. I ordered a cake with a raspberry filling and it looked cute. By the time I got it home the whole thing fell apart. They put WAY too much filling which caused the layers to separate.
Cake was a disaster. It was her Sweet 16! We couldn't take pictures with my daughter blowing out candles we ended up just making the best of the night.
I was still irritated about it and called the very next day to complain about it.
Spoke to someone at the bakery and they were very indifferent and NEVER apologized for this.
It is disgraceful that I even had to call back and speak to the store manager about it.
Spoke to the store manager and she was gracious about it and apologize for the mishap.
They never offered a new cake or my money back!
Needless to say this whole experience at this location has left me pissed off enough to post this. Shame on them!
Their staff members should be taught good customer service and the proper way to rectify a situation.
