  • The owner, Jeff is really nice guy. On the 20th of Feb., they were supposed to show up at 8:30am. After 25 minutes of waiting for them to show up and install the patio door. I contacted Jeff and wanted to know why his staff didn't show up. He stated that they were running 25 minutes behind. I didn't appreciate it. Jeff said he can't control his staff. Being late is rude and unprofessional. I was disappointed. Virgil did a pretty good job installing the patio door however I noticed there were a couple of problems. He fixed it but I can see problems. Hopefully no one will notice it. I highly recommend Simonton windows because they have lifetime warranty. Would I recommend Just Doors Inc and Windows for less? The answer would be Yes and no. The price is reasonable. His staff need to show up on time instead of being late and make an excuse.
