  • Terrible place, horrible customer service, rude and dishonest, I came there because had a nail in my tire, asked if the tire could be patched up, they inspected it and said no way and that I had to get a new one, I ordered the tire because they didn't have it at the time. When I came back to get it installed it turns out they ordered the wrong tire and then tried to convince me that I should just get that one because it's going to be cheaper for me. Meanwhile this whole time the guy that was assisting me Chris was really rude and agitated, probably because he ordered the wrong tire lol anyway, I insisted on getting the tire that matched the rest of the tires on my vehicle and he said it would take another four days to get it in. I left this terrible place and went to Big O Tires on rainbow and they took a look at my tire and said the damage was minimal so it can be easily patched up which they did for free!!! When I told them the story with the other place they just laughed. I was laughing with them because thank God I went to them and didn't end up getting a new tire for $300 from the Mr.Terriblecustumerservice at Firestone.
