  • There is no doubt this company deserved 5 stars, from pre-sale to installation crew and post sale follow up this company is excellent in all domains. the sale rep, Cody, met me at my house on time. We went through windows and door options and he send me a proper quotation promptly. After looking at other companies that offer the same product. ( I opted for the Daylight Max from Simonton windows ) But I really chose K&J Windows for their high rating and customer satisfaction. Price were competitive and within hundred of dollars from other vendors. The day before the installation, the office called me to confirm that the crew was going to be there. The crew arrived even early and completed the whole installation process of 5 windows within 4 hours. They were professional, polite and courteous. Windows were washed and they vacuum before they leave and ensure the property was in good order. I highly recommend these people, time will tell now how good are my new Simonton windows but I sincerely believe I can count on K&J windows in the future. Customer service called me the next day to ensure everything was to my satisfaction and they offer to send a crew to correct one little inattention to the wooden trim of one my window. I am totally satisfied and so far after a week, I can feel already the difference in room temperature, much cooler inside, my windows really block the sun. Thank you to K& J Windows.
