rev:text	I just got my puppy bleeding from his paw from Petsmart Costwold grooming service! I'M PRETTY UPSET, today I took my puppy for a groom service and when I pick her up she was bleeding from her paw! The employees never told me what happened, it was until I got to the car where I saw her with blood on her paw, so I return to the store and asked what happened. The associates told me that it was an accident, I've nothing to worry about, that they've already check her at Banfield (their Vet service) and put some glue on! Apparently the glue wasn't enough, because I notice it! I understand accidents happen, but what it's not acceptable is that they did not tell me at all! Not even in the report they usually provide and seems they just expected I would never notice it. I've been her customer for the last 2 years and I feel like they just were dishonest and betrayed my trust. I'm never taking back my puppy to this groom service.
