Honestly not a big fan of this place. I ordered the tonkatsu ramen and didn't think it was particularly special or even that good. The broth has good flavor but it wasn't super thick or rich. I think the main culprit were the noodles. It was pretty bland and didn't add much to the meal besides my carb load count. There was also very little cha Siu meat that comes with the ramen.
I haven't had a lot of ramen in vegas but I definitely don't think I'll be coming back to this one. Service was great, the place was small and cozy, but I left pretty unsatisfied with my meal.
