After my recent experience with saving grace investments I can completely see why their ratings are low and homeowners who hired them are pissed..
I contacted SGI in regards to a unit that I found for a decent price. I first called earlier in the week and spoke with Jessie to see it and was told that the unit was not ready to show and that I should call later in the week to see if its available.
Well.. why should I call you? Wouldn't you be the one to know if its available or not you should be contacting me. Thats not my job to hunt you down to see if your on top of things!
So I called back later in the week and was told the unit can be shown and that in order to get in she will send me the gate code and lock box number. So.. when I went to open the lock box it wouldn't open. I stood there trying every variation of the number she sent me to see if it would open and to no avail.
I texted her to tell her that I couldn't get it open and received no response. I texted her the next morning and she claimed she never received my text message. She then told me that the number was actually xyz not zyx (which I had already tried by the way) and to go back and try it.
I did not have the time or patience to deal with the back and forth lazy managing. She never apologized for inconveniencing me. No wonder there are home owners complaining about not getting their units rented. If someone is interested in your product you should go out of your way to help them at least view the damn place since you can't come and show it yourself. Totally unprofessional!!!!!!!!!
