  • My mom needed a new phone after her's stopped working. Fermin was super helpful and made sure we knew about all the current deals. We left with a new iPhone, iPad, and DirectTV. Yes I spent more money than I was planning but Fermin made sure I didn't feel pressured but kept us informed as well. I would definitely come back and get help from Fermin.
