I have trained with Ian on and off for the past 5 years, but it wasn't until this year that I made the commitment to really stick to working out regularly. I'm so glad I did! I am stronger than ever, and I'm in the best shape I've ever been in. I've been to a few other trainers in town, and I have to say he is by far the best. His workouts are always changing which keeps my body constantly challenged and sore (which is a great thing!).
