  • BUYER BEWARE! I bought a Volkswagen Tiguan from this dealership in November and it has been in the shop without fail every week! They tell you hassle free used cars. If hassle free means your car is in their garage, then it is hassle free! They also tell you hassle free return if you bring the car back within a week. What they don't tell you is that in the state of Arizona there's an implied warranty that the dealer has to see vehicle is fit for ordinary purposes for the first 15 days or 500 miles after delivery. But hey, I'm a stranger to you, and you fell absolutely in love with the SUV on their lot! Let me give you some advice, if it isn't a Honda don't buy it there. I was assured when I bought my Volkswagen that their mechanics are certified to work on every type of car. My car was shipped to Volkswagen in San Tan Village. This means I went several days without my car. It was a good thing I bought the extended warranty with my car and I was able to get a rental. Speaking of the extended warranty, no matter how much they go on about their 150 point inspection, no matter how good the car looks, no matter if you buy their best extended warranty, take the car to your mechanic first! I can't emphasize that enough! The only reason why I have given them a 1 star is because the staff for the most part has been great, but that still doesn't compensate that I bought a car that they have had more than I have.
