  • I came to this place several times when I had a 1998 Honda Accord because they kept my car running. They had the lowest prices available. It was frustrating working with them because I would get mixed times when my car would be available and how long it actually took to fix certain things. Plus when they replaced my radiator, they ensured me I didn't need new hoses. Two months later, my hoses blew off and my car started smoking. Now that I have a brand new car, I figured that I start off with a brand new perspective and start off with an oil change. I called earlier this week to ensure I didn't need an appointment for Saturday which someone told me over the phone that I didn't need one. I come in early in the morning and I'm told I do need an appointment. Pros: friendly staff Cons: mixed information on appointments, time it takes to have car prepared and how long it takes to actually fix a part. Overall, frustrated experience.
