  • I called this dentist's office at 7:30am with an emergency dental situation. I had a crown on one of my teeth that needed an emergency root canal, and I was in hell with the agony that had kept me up all night long. I was terrified to say the least. Without hesitation, they had me come in at 8am and assured they could squeeze me in. I came in to the office in tears, and grateful they would squeeze me in. I anticipated a bunch of wait time like I have with most offices, but right away, they got me back in, took the X-ray, and the dentist was in to give me shots to start numbing my mouth, and started right away. Not to mention, I was terrified because I was so nauseous from the pain and I hate those x-rays! The dental assistant went out of her way to help me stay relaxed and make it go as fast as possible. She gave me great advice and was so considerate of my circumstances. It was amazing. I saw Dr. Roskos who was HANDS DOWN the most considerate, empathetic, and skilled dentist I have ever met. He knew I was in debilitating pain and could see it through my watery eyes, and took such great care of me - telling me everything he was doing along the way and assuring me that it was going to be okay, and in fact, better than ever. He was fast, but very thorough. He never rushed me through my appointment and took the time to explain everything to me along the way. That alone relaxed my nerves more than I can describe. That was my first root canal, and when I left, if it was appropriate, I would have bear hugged him for his talent and demeanor. Him and his dental assistant were literal superheroes for me today. I have never been so well taken care of, and I will have everyone - and even my sweet mother - go nowhere else. You're in the best hands here at this office - and you will leave excited to come back!
