  • Although this location is out of my way, I prefer this location. I live closer to the Tatum & Bell Location but the General Manager Russ at that store is a real Pompous A-Hole. The General Manger at this Bell Road Location Angel Leon has 2 awards on the wall for outstanding service to customers for 2015 & 2016. The first time went to this location was early 2016. I had no appointment but they honored doing my wheel alignment even though more than 3 months later do to another location told me I had up to 6 months. Recently came back on June 17th to get rear shocks put on my 2008 Jeep Cherokee and they forgot to change my appointment in the system to the 17th from the prior weekend. They were darn busy for a Saturday but managed to squeeze me in at 4:00 (I was willing to wait) even though this meant they would be staying after 5 to finish a truck that they needed to pull a tech off to do my truck. Bottom line the guys down at this location seem honest and sincere and that is what we all want when getting are vehicle serviced. I heard them tell a couple people they didn't need some work done therefore not billed for new brakes they didn't need. Hopefully this place continues to strive as a place of integrity and honesty because it only takes one dishonest associate to sink a business. Keep up the great work guys and stay true to your customers and we will be loyal to you!!
