  • I'm from Arizona. I flatted a tire with a stray screw at a nearby parking lot during a hike. I put on my spare and called Firestone about my warranty. They directed me to take my flat to Ralph's in BC and I'm glad they did. Drew handled my situation with professionalism and efficiency. It was evident to me that he valued me as a customer even though I was not a local and not making a big purchase. He did everything he could to get me back on the road and back on my vacation ASAP. My flat was fixed by his courteous crew in about 30 minutes I would definitely recommend Ralph's as my tire store if I lived in BC!
