I've been here a few times for both skating and lane swim. Staff have always been nice and really make a point of providing accessibility. They allowed me to goof off in the recreational skating area with a friend in a wheelchair when it wasn't crowded. They have skates for rent and hot chocolate for sale.
In terms of swimming, showers are old but work. There is an accessible shower corner with railings, seat and shower hose. Change rooms have ample bench space and you have the choice between coin operated lockers or just leaving your stuff in the cubbyholes. The lanes are WIDE and the pace is much slower than usual. Last time I went, their fast lane was a little crowded and almost everyone was going at a medium pace. The medium lane was extremely slow but I was able to get away with drills and sprints with only two other swimmers in there.
