  • Went into this dealership on a whim as my wife and I were looking for a new vehicle since our lease was due to expire in 3 months. We were greeted by a very friendly salesmen. We told him what we were looking for and what we saw online. We saw a car we liked so we went inside to talk numbers. There we were greeted by another salesmen. We came back the next after noon to make a deal. We were told that Kia would pay us for the last 3 months of our lease by check within 14 days. They asked if we would like it mailed or pick it up. We asked them to please mail. Fast forward 19 Days and we never received a check or a phone calI. Called in and spoke with a "manager" who said they can't not cut a check until they get paid first. They proceeded to call my wife a liar after she stated to them that the check was to be received by us within 14 Days was part of our contract. They finally "expedited" the check and I was told I can pick it up at the dealership in 2 Days!!! That's not expediting anything. I go into the dealership to get the check and was told my wife was "rude" on the phone earlier. My wife was the one who was hung up on by a so called "manager". Never going back here again and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. These managers need to go through some training.
