  • I called the store to see if they carry an item my daughter had seen at the Disneyland park. They don't carry it, but instead of just saying no, the employee gave me two options to try and get the item, one being a phone number for the park's merchandise guest services. That's something I love about Disney. They never just say no. And her phone manner was peppy and happy to help. It's wonderful that the retail employees still embody the Disney attitude. Job well done.
