  • My husband and I decided to give this place one more try yesterday after a not so great experience last visit. The employees at this location have such a attitude!!! My husband had a text for a free 20oz smoothie for his Birthday. There was instruction on that text to sign in on kiosk when we entered the store. When we entered the store my husband went to the kiosk, signed in, and got the next text for the free smoothie. It said on his phone "show this text to redeem your free smoothie". No barcode was there just the message saying show this text to redeem the free smoothie. The girl had a huge attitude and would not even take the time to look at the text. She also would not listen to us when we were explaining we just signed in on your kiosk and got this text. If this store is going to have these texts/kiosk things they need to learn how to work them. The first time we had a 2 or 3 dollar off coupon from that kiosk sign in thing and we were met with an attitude that time also. Please get your employees trained on that thing, and what it does, or don't have it!!!! If you don't like your job find another one! The attitude in this place is unbelievable. We will never return to this Smoothie King again.
