  • I've been to a Second Look numerous times over the years. I'm not sure where the concerns are coming from regarding the staff....I've yet to have an unpleasant experience. Everyone has always been helpful and kind. I've shopped for clothing for myself & my, now adult, daughter, along with housewares & decorative. I've been successful and I've walked away empty handed. Some stuff is a bit pricey - however it's also some designer label, yet significantly cheaper than Off the Rack. I'm not a designer kinda girl, actually don't really enjoy clothes shopping...so for me what I've found has been a fair price and in excellent shape! I just love the set up of the place, makes looking around that much more fun!! And their housewares & decorative section is fantastic!! (this stuff I do enjoy shopping for :) And I normally find something I didn't even know I wanted or needed! Happy Shopping!
