  • Shopping for a new fridge took us to all the big box stores first but ended at Spencer's. Rarely we're we even greeted at any other store much less finding anyone who knew anything. This store was on our way home and we found a Samsung unit that suited our needs perfectly for the new house. This was our second major appliance purchase in as many years and both times we found them knowledgeable, non pushy and able to negotiate a price. Delivery was free and even the extended warranty was priced better than the big boxers. All service is handled thru their store, not an 800 number. They are able to price match and best of all we feel good about shopping a locally owned business. Next purchase will be a gas range & OTR microwave, without even shopping anywhere else.
