  • I'm giving three stars because they were very nice when I came in. I needed to print 6 pieces of paper in black and white and was in a hurry and didn't have time to go to office max down the street so I ran in there. The files were in my email which I usually just forward to an email address and it prints that way but I had to log in to my email from their computer, which I don't like to do on public computers. I had to download the papers to the computer and some of it had private info so that also makes me nervous even though I deleted them afterwards. So I print my papers and go to pay and they charge $.75 for small orders that pay with a debit card- annoying. Then I get my receipt and they also charged me $1.00 to use the computer even though they didn't have any other option to print files from an email. So what should have cost 72 cents is now $2.43...now I realize this is not a lot of money but I just hate being nickel and dimed for things. Even though they were very courteous I don't think I'll be back. I'll drive the extra way to office max and pay my 72 cents with my debit card there.
