  • We ordered ikea kitchen, delivery came with missing parts. We went to the store to get it but we have to go to warehouse instead. Then we ordered countertop a week went by no progress or visit so we cancelled it. We tried again try to get sofa cover and got told that we have to drive to pick it up at the warehouse. Multiple trips, miscommunication, everything u can ask for not to happen...
