  • I love The Signature, but not the service of the rooms booked through 3rd party Luxury Suites Int. When I first booked the reserving went great, but arriving the service went downhill. We were not allowed into the room 1 minute before 3 pm. The key cards they gave us were old and kept deactivating, which is a pain. Six times! Not our fault because it would open the outer door, but not the inner door to a 2 bedroom suite. The bathroom magnifying mirror fell off because there were no screws and when I called to inform them, she says Excellent!, kind of sarcastic, and that there was only 1 cup, that the jets had orange scum around them (which she says is hard water stains) I don't know about that because it looked plain unclean, and when I said could we have extra towels, she gave an irritated What?!. Also the safe locked us out twice and had to call security twice. Maid service sucked horribly. Our sheets were never changed, floors never swept or vacuumed. Counters were not even wiped down. We had to call for maid service twice because once it was almost 4 pm and they keep stating that maid service ends then, and nothing can be done until the next day. They sent someone. The next time it was already 4:30 and I call and she makes it seem like I'm annoying her that maid service actually ends at 6:30 because they prioritize cleaning guest rooms that are checked out. I ask if they could bring wash cloths because there was none. But none were ever brought. Maids came same time security is helping unlock our safe again because of some safe error. I saw them shove the sheets up and tuck under, that's it. Then hand wash cup with water and dry. Not very clean. Place 3 towels on the bench with toiletries and leave. Out in 5 minutes! Why'd it take so long to get to our room then?! I've stayed at the Signature at different times since they opened always booked through MGM directly and I loved it, thats why we keep returning even though I get great offers from other places. First time booking with this place. I'm here to relax not be sighting all the room violations and what they need to improve themselves on.
