  • I, first had a great feeling about this company. Dale and Helen are very nice. I ordered a security door for my back door and wanted some tune ups on my front security door that has been on my home for over 20yrs. Ordered the door in March of 2012 was installed July 2012. Rust on the door almost started showing up immediately. Called they sent some yahoo out, He asked me it I wet the door. I said we live in the desert and the door get dusty, so yes I used the hose to clean off the dust, He told me the door wasn't suppose to get wet....Are you kidding me...it is an outside door!!! They sent Dale out to sand and do paint touch up. OK no problem, wrong rust started showing up in lots of places.Dale must have been out here over 4 or 5 times before I asked for the owner to come out. He did and said he has never seen anything like it. They took the door off took it to the shop and I don't know what they did. Door comes back couple weeks later more rust coming thru. Called asked them to take the door and just give me my money back $792.16. Well that didn't happen. Dale came out numerous times again. I don't think they sealed this door before they painted it and now I have lovely rust stains dripping down from the top of the door...which by the way is open at the top...so if you are looking for good quality for your money KEEP ON TRUCKIN
