| - I'm sort of torn about this place. I really want to love it. The free agility is great exercise for my dog, especially in the winter when he won't hang out outside (5 stars for that), and the staff is really friendly (5 stars for their personalities).
But the staff completely fails to enforce rules. The so-called "small breed" offleash is a misnomer. Once there was a rambunctious lab puppy that kept jumping on my dog (he's a dachshund and had a back problem, so this can't happen, which is why I bring him to small breed off leash instead of taking him to the dog park). When I complained, the staff told me that they also let in small dogs. A 30ish pound lab isn't a small breed or a small dog (when I asked the manager he said that 20 pounds was "small", but in any event, their calendar says small breed not small dog). This has happened to me on a number of occasions, and every time the staff member says "they are here now, we can't really ask them to leave, but we will tell them to come to the large breed off leash in the future". So I pay $4 and then have to leave. Also, I don't feed my dog people food because it doesn't come out the other end very pleasantly. Various people use things like cheese during agility and get crumbs everywhere, which my dog snaps up. Again, I mentioned this to the staff and they won't really do anything about it.
