  • As many other Yelpers have said, it's hit or miss. There are many staff members that are very nice and helpful, and there are many that are, well completely the opposite. They have to be commissioned. For many staff members, if you're not buying something high value, they have no interest in you. If you are interested in something high value, expect the pushiest sales people on the planet. I've dealt with less pushy car salesman. As for inventory, they do have everything, and I mean everything. From the smallest individual IC's to the biggest TV's, you'll find it there, just be ready to deal with the staff. When you do make your selection, ONLY buy brand new and factory sealed. If it's been opened, it's missing something. Returns are a nightmare. They seem to have the most backwards return system ever created, especially if you paid cash. They make getting your money back the most inconvenient process ever created, with an astronomical number of hoops to jump through. If you do buy anything there, make sure it's something you plan to keep, because you're not taking it back.
