  • Cava Solid fast casual addition to the offerings in this university area for the lunch and dinner crowd. It seems that Cava will be many places around Charlotte in the coming months. Do you want a meal that is colorful, flavorful, has nice textural variety, and leaves you feeling good? Cava is your spot and is a very well executed grain bowl/salad place. Similar to other brands, the bread is one of the few weak spots; it just doesn't hold a candle to the laffa at Yafo. Stopped in on a random weekday and was pleas d with the efficiency and cleanliness. I'm not up this way that much, but this would be a solid place to keep on rotation.
