  • My sister and I had a horrible shopping experience here. Although my arms were full of clothes that I wanted to try on, I was blatantly ignored by all sales reps. But then a white woman came in who was immediately approached and was asked if she needed help. I was so shocked and disappointed that I left without purchasing. I was treated differently by the Ann Taylor staff due to my appearance (young Asian woman).
