  • I purchased an online special through Amazon for an alignment at this place. My truck had a minor pull to the right so I brought it in on a Friday. I specifically let Brian know to please make sure the steering wheel was centered when he was done. Please note - My steering wheel was dead center when I brought it in. Brian called toward the end of the day and said the truck was done. I picked up the truck and he said the wheel was straight. I drove it down the street and could see immediately the steering wheel was VERY crooked to the left. So I took it back and he worked on it again and made some adjustments before they closed. I drove the truck over the weekend and noticed the truck was still pulling to the right and the steering wheel was still off center to the left just not as bad as before. So I called Brian on Monday and left a message. No return call. Since I didn't hear back I took it to his shop on Wednesday morning. He said he hadn't checked his messages. Nice. So I left it with him for the day so he could go over it again. I told him my concerns and he agreed to fix it. I picked up the truck and the end of the day and the steering wheel was no WAY off center to the right! So took it back again and asked if he drove it. He said yes and he though it was straight. Are you kidding me? It wasn't even close so I had him recheck it again. He made some more adjustments and said that was as straight as he could get it and that my trucks steering box might faulty and could be causing the wheel not to line up straight. I drove the truck a couple days and even though the alignment was now seemed straight the steering wheel was still noticeably off center to the right at about the 1 o'clock position. So after 4 tries and lots of excuses, I decided to cut my losses took my truck to another shop. I paid for another alignment and had them straighten the wheel. And what do you know, they got it right on the first try with out a single problem! They said nothing was wrong with my steering box and that the steering wheel was just not adjust correctly. I can't comment about Brian s other work on cars outside of alignments. But after 4 attempts, I can conclude that when it comes to doing alignments he's totally incompetent. Based on that alone I would not bring any of my vehicles back to him or recommend his shop. You get what you pay for. Thankfully Amazon refunded my money.
