  • I recently moved to Arizona and have used Petsmart for boarding my German Shepherd many times in California. In July I boarded my dog at the Bell Road Petsmart for about 13 hours. When I picked her up the woman manning the front desk told me that they were "sorry" but it appeared that my dog had not been walked all day. I was shocked. I asked why and she told me that she didn't know why but that she would make a note in the system to make sure it didn't happen again. ?????? I asked her if there was a protocol in place to walk the dogs for a bathroom break at least twice during a twelve hour day. She said yes and that she was sorry. I don't trust this Petsmart Doggy Day Care and I won't be returning there ever again.
