  • The staff and level of care top to bottom is as good as it gets. Our dog was in for bone cancer treatment. We initially spoke to Dr Vaughan who was incredibly caring and answered all our questions. Over the three months our dog was in treatment, we also worked with Dr Bennett who was similarly caring and awesome. We felt supported the entire time and know our dog received the best possible treatment. Things I appreciated: * Prompt service - we never had to wait long for attention or treatment * Caring staff - staff I had never seen before came over and greeted our dog by name * Amazing doctors - Dr Bennett and Dr Vaughan called with frequent updates, and Dr Bennett even hand fed our dog when she wouldn't eat on her own * Patience - we never felt rushed out of an appointment time or that our calls or questions were not welcome Thanks LVVSC for taking such great care of our baby!
